HELLO DOVE!!! THE TALL SEC 1 DOVEVADER HERE!
haha, anyways, errr, came to revive this cyber corpse (: haha, soo err, hows life? thats soo cliche (:
anyways, i think guides was fun! YAYY, and and, i know natalie's and kimberley's mortal! heehee, i am so smart! oh, btw rightt,I LOVE PAT MEETINGS! haha, i just realised we quite deaf, so karyee has to repeat more than 3 times, which is a waste of breath but who cares! hahaha, ohmygoose, so crappy post, but lets continue! so errr, now what? OH YA, i finished my stress management logbook! while doing it, i couldnt manage stress at all, so that logbook no good one! and one of the symptoms is MUSCLE SPASMS. SPASMS! -twitch twitch- HAHA, i am getting so crappishly lame... I LOVE PAT MEETINGS (did i say that?) -reads through- OH YES I DID!!! haha, lets just leave it there. ohh, karyee wants me to post about topics for patmeetings!!! 1) DORA 2) HOLY GRAIL ^^ two of my GREATEST ones (: yes i know they rock. OH I ATE SUBWAY COOKIES TODAY! craved since monday, AND I ATE IT TODAY! so wonderful right! back to topics. 3) HOW GREAT DOVES ARE!!! 4) HOW GREAT THE SEC 1s ARE!!! 5) RUBBISH!!!6) i cant think of anymore. yeahh, we should just go pat meetings and see what to talk about. i wonder what tests i have next week. OH YAH, TMR HAVE GUIDES, karyee isnt going, so sici will stand in front! hoho, good luckky!!! is this enough for a post? i think so right! xinying; thanks for everything! from being a PL to being you (; LOL erm, thanks for guiding me and joanna through all those little things we had problems with and helping us with the problems we faced, and also for answering the questions and doubts we had!!!
huai chyn; thanks for being a nice sec 4!!!!! and for designing my first ever DOVE PAT TEE!!! really wonderful to have you in my patrol!!! haha,hmm, though i think me and joanna dont really know you well cos you dont really appear in pat meetings much and stuff,haha, but yayy!!! in my enrolment letter you said you like the guides u! i love it too yknow (: anyways, thanks for just being there for us [i think luh] (:

hihi ppl! hope you had fun at camp and learn some new skills at the same time. It's actually the last time we sec 4s actually scold you as a guide as camp marks the end of our guiding life in SN. here's another msg for you'all,at the same time make up for the silent patrol bonding session just now. (you know i seldom talk and ther's another reason behind it- guess! )oh and huai chyn, that's okay wad,not as spas as your craze over jihoo.. Yijung cute... -acceptable:)
Sec ones! It's quite sad to say that i actually spent rather little time with you two due to many many reasons, and many a times i have to get kar yee to replace me. however, i'm very relieved to see the tremendous effort you put in guides and that you actually felt a sense of belonging. in fact, the two of you plus the 4 sec twos are true dovevaders/dove-devils (dove is supposed to be PEACEFUL) /(whatever you want to call yourself) as these 2 badges are the ones that truly belong to dove and no other. Do try your best in everything you do, taking pride in them and aim high for your goals in guides! you still have alot to learn:)
Sec twos! Thanks for being so enthu about guides, you ppl really add life to the patrol. Do come down for patrol meeting and help tht dear holygrail PL to keep the patrol alive. Oh and do start working on all the logbooks! you need these logbooks done in sec 2 or you'll not have the time to finish it in upper sec. Guide the sec ones along and be a good example to them. sici and xinhui, once again, congrats on your promotion! Do your job well and dun let us seniors down k?
Sec threes! i'm very proud to see that you've developed a sense of belonging for dove. At first when dove was just established, it was rather doubtful whether we can all put aside our previous patrol and come to accept reality.. but now, it's great to see that the patrol can be so bonded. treasure your last yr in guides and make the best out of everything. to my dear holygrail/dora, jiayou! the patrol is now in your hands, patrol meetings are yours now, its time for your crapps:) haha i know you'll always do wads best for the patrol and if you ever need help, feel free to ask.lol

After much procrastination, i just wanted to say that Guides has been a very enriching and fun CCA for me, and that I really ♥ Guides alot lah :) and that now we're leaving, i do wish that all of you would continue uh, being a guide with passion and commitment lah! :] (gawd this sounds like some rip off from an old movie or smth but whtvr d:) Treasure your time in the CCA, as well as the friendships forged! (:
And ohyeah! Congrats to PLKar-holygrail-dora-Yee as well as SiCi (:
And to Xinhui, don't be so sad yea? :) You'll forever and always be part of Dove alright :]

A GLASS OF MILK
One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door.
Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, How much do I owe you?'
You don't owe me anything,' she replied. 'Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness.'
He said ... 'Then I thank you from my heart.'
As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.
Many year's later that same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.
Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes.
Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to her case.
After a long struggle, the battle was won.
Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words ...
'Paid in full with one glass of milk'

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: 'Thank You, God, that Your love has spread broad through human hearts and hands.'
